There are three parts to a Position Paper: the heading, the content, and the works cited.Papers should include a heading that looks the following: COMMITTEE: COUNTRY: TOPIC: SCHOOL: SPONSOR(S): NAME(S): The Works Cited should reference at least three key documents (not included in the Background Guide for that topic) related to the topic at hand, cited in Modern Language Association (MLA) format.
